Delivery & Installation
Bermuda Gas appliance purchases include FREE delivery and FREE removal, and may also qualify for FREE installation!
And that’s not all. New gas installations receive one FREE 100-lb. cylinder of gas as an additional welcome gift.
Bermuda Gas major appliance purchases feature complimentary delivery where the location does not require special equipment, tools or labour to access it.
Free appliance removal covers the disposal of the unwanted unit being replaced, inclusive of the prevailing Government fee.
Complimentary installation of the new appliance applies only where the installation requires a basic set up and plug in to an existing power supply,
i.e., no special equipment, tools or labour are required to complete the installation. The standard hourly installation rate will apply to all other appliance installations.
New gas installations are those where a Bermuda Gas gas-powered appliance is installed for the first time, requiring that gas pipe be connected to the new appliance.
There may or may not be other gas appliances on the premises. New gas installations are eligible for a 25% discount on the prevailing hourly labour rate, in addition to a free cylinder of gas.
Complimentary estimates can be provided for new gas line installations.
Please note that it will be necessary to charge a restocking fee for any returned appliance.
The amount will vary depending upon whether the appliance was an in-stock purchase or a special order item.
In the case of parts, only those parts returned within 30 days of purchase, with the original package intact, will be considered for credit.
Warranty
Bermuda Gas provides a one-year labour and parts warranty on all appliances purchased from the Company.
Installation or repairs carried out by unrelated parties (those not employed by or under contract to Bermuda Gas) may void the warranty.
A manufacturer’s warranty provided with an appliance purchased outside of Bermuda will not be honoured by the manufacturer for work done in Bermuda.
