Judith Uddin
General Manager

Judith joined Bermuda Gas in 2009 as an Assistant Financial Controller. Later that year, she assumed the role of Office Manager. In January 2011, Judith was promoted to Vice President, Operations and Administration.
Prior to Bermuda Gas, Judith was employed as the Assistant General Manager and Financial Controller at Bermuda Creamery Limited. She has also owned and operated two successful restaurants on the Island.
As General Manager, Judith leads a team dedicated to the promotion of propane gas as an alternative fuel source and to the provision of a one-stop shop for Bermuda’s appliance needs.

 

Jonathan Boyles
Gas Distribution Manager

Jonathan Boyles is the longest serving employee on the management team. He is currently responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of the department, ensuring satisfactory productivity of his staff and resolving issues and maintaining high levels of satisfaction for both his staff and customers.
Jonathan has been in his current position since July 1st, 2008, and brings over 29 years of experience in the department. Certified by the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), Jonathan is well respected by his staff for both his managerial and technical expertise.

 

David DeSilva
Sales Manager

David DeSilva is the second longest tenured employee on the management team. He is currently responsible for leading several sales consultants and managing the showroom. In addition, he has been tasked with the development of new business opportunities related to the energy products and appliance market in Bermuda, as well as working with the Marketing Department to showcase Bermuda Gas as the leading appliance provider on The Island.
David joined the Bermuda Gas team in 1981 as a part time office assistant, working evenings after school. David joined Bermuda Gas full time in June of 1982 as an office assistant. Promoted to Office and Showroom Manager in 1990, David was responsible for the administration of staff and sales consultants. David assumed his current position as the Sales Manager in 1995, with time also spent as Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator.
David brings strong customer service skills, solid customer relationships, and excellent product knowledge to the team.

 

Siobhan Fubler
Financial Controller

Siobhan began employment at Bermuda Gas in 2009. Siobhan is currently responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of the Company. This includes the daily management of the finance and administration department, and its personnel and the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
Siobhan Fubler spent over six years at ACE Ltd, where she acted as Senior Financial Accountant in both the Corporate department and Shareholders' Services of the Management and Holding Company. She completed her professional training at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), where she then spent more than four years as a Senior Auditor.
Siobhan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), qualifying in 2001 in the state of Colorado. She also has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from York University in Toronto, Canada. She is a team player who brings strong technical skills and excellent work ethic to the team.

 

Leslie Lowe
Customer Service Manager

Leslie Lowe is currently responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the Customer Service Department. Leslie's ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs including repair service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining employee productivity and satisfaction, through training and forward planning of technicians and addressing employee concerns.
Leslie has been in his current position as Customer Service Manager for 2 years, but has spent much of the last 25 years employed at Bermuda Gas. He is a graduate of the Bermuda Technician Institute, Bradford School of Technology (NY), and the School of Management at the University of Wisconsin. Leslie also received his certification from the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA). In addition, he has completed Vulcan Service Technician Training (Louisville Kentucky) and Viking Corporation Sales Training (Greenwood Mississippi). Many of Leslie’s great assets stem from his involvement with community organisations and his leadership role within the Bermuda Regiment.

 

Deborah Riley-Tuzo
Customer Care Supervisor

Deborah’s commendable career at Bermuda Gas began in 1983. Since that time, Deborah has worked in virtually every department of the Company, from accounts and sales to service, and quickly became a highly valued and respected member of the Bermuda Gas family. Deborah earned her current position as Customer Care Supervisor in 2010, a newly created position at the time.

Deborah acts as supervisor and role model to all Bermuda Gas Customer Service Representatives, and oversees all functions of the Customer Service Department. This includes response to customer queries, effective scheduling of service orders and technicians and internal communications between the various other departments of the Company. Her experience and knowledge of the Company makes her an invaluable member of the Bermuda Gas team.

 

Berwin Thomas
Assistant Manager, Supply Chain

After receiving his Bermuda College Certificate in Building Construction, Berwin Thomas gained beneficial skills in the construction industry, including carpentry, tiling and masonry. Berwin joined Bermuda Gas in 1997 as a gas delivery driver, and progressed quickly within the Company, holding several positions within the Gas and Service departments.

Berwin completed the US National Propane Gas Association’s Certified Employee Training Programme, was promoted to Gas Operations Supervisor in 2008 and was further promoted to Assistant Manager, Supply Chain in 2011. Berwin is valued for his experience, strong work ethic, positive mentality and interpersonal skills.

 

Terée Tucker, PHR
Human Resources Manager, Sigma Corporate Services

Terée Tucker holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Masters in Human Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Human Resource Studies, among a host of memberships and affiliations with various human resource and energy industry groups. Beginning work in BELCO’s HR department in 2001, Terée worked part-time throughout the remainder of her college education before joining the Company full time in 2007. Due to her exceptional attitude and work ethic, as well as many years of HR experience, Terée was promoted to HR Manager in September of 2009.
Terée is now the HR Performance Manager at Sigma Corporate Services and provides HR expertise to Bermuda Gas as well as PureNERGY Renewables, Ltd. Her role involves planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities of the organisation to maximize the strategic use of the Bermuda Gas team.

 

Cynthia L.V. Wright, F.C.I.S.
Marketing Manager, Sigma Corporate Services

Cynthia Wright is the Marketing Manager at Sigma Corporate Services and provides marketing expertise to Bermuda Gas, where she is responsible for the Company’s branding and promotion plan. With 25 years of marketing and management experience to her credit, Cynthia holds an English degree from Glendon College, York University and is a graduate of the Marketing Management Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a member of the American Marketing Association and Chairman of Business Bermuda’s Local Awareness Committee.
